- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation to ensure the progress and fine quality of projects
- Finalize resources for assigned projects
- Manage costs in order to meet budget
- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
- Revise orders made by Project Coordinator to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased items
- Oversee the process and distribution of project documents including plan revisions, price changes, day to day correspondence, billings, drafting subcontracts, taking meeting minutes, coordinating closeout documents
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, officials and clients
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors.
- Tracking system to ensure that project status is maintained with complete accuracy
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationship
- Establishes and fosters positive long term relationships with all clients

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in construction and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil
- Engineering or Architecture
- Bilingual (Vietnamese – English)
- Contractor License
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to maintain steady professionalism throughout aggressive deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills to negotiate with subcontractors
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, quick learner to effectively coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented
