- Determine needed resources (equipment and materials) from start to finish with
attention to budgetary limitations - Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Purchasing equipment and materials
- Keeping track of material stock and orders
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Keeping track of material checklist
- Matching invoices and attaching PO with packing slip and order confirmation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, officials and clients
- Report on tracking system to ensure that project status is maintained with complete
accuracy - Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status
- Submits invoices, verifies payment of job expenses to accounting department
- Assists with schedule of values for customer invoicing and subcontractor payment.
- Establishes and fosters positive long-term relationships with all clients.

Requirements
- Previous work experience in construction management or other related fields
- Bilingual Vietnamese – English
- Bachelors/ Associates degree or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to maintain steady professionalism throughout aggressive deadlines and changing priorities
- Organizational skills
- Professional communication skills to negotiate with subcontractors
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, quick learner to effectively coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented willing and able to travel between locations as needed
