- Work with Board of Director and other departments to fulfill all research requests
- Proactively and routinely updates research databases
- Analyzes data, complies, and writes market report quarterly
- Attends, participates in, and presents market information and quarterly updates at internal sales meetings
- Support and initiate a variety of custom primary research studies, including questionnaire design, focus group operations managements, analysis of survey results, and managing/directing outside research suppliers
- Address research needs of commercial, marketing, and product management teams to guide data-informed decision-making across the company

Requirements
- Previous experience in analysis and business administration
- Bilingual (Vietnamese – English)
- Advanced degree in statistics, economics or a related field
- Possess an excellent written skills in both written and verbal
- Familiarity with survey software package and market research tools
- Ability to maintain steady professionalism when assist customers
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, quick learner to effectively coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
